1) Corrections on DTM edition

• During the removal operation of unused points isolùs (cf. dialog “Edition of the DTM”), existing sources and protections were modified (translation). This is now fixed.
• Operations of DTM noise or smoothing can now only be carried out on a mesh that does not have unused point. If this is the case, a message warns the user.
